Tehri Acro Festival 2024 begins on the 19th of December

Tehri, Uttarakhand, is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. It features stunning landscapes, hilly terrain, and a major water reservoir in the Garhwal region.

Tehri International Acro and SIV Competition showcases the spectacular views of the iconic Tehri Dam, one of India's largest man-made lakes, approximately 42 square Kilometers in size. 

The Tehri Acro Festival 2024 celebrates thrilling paragliding acrobatics organized by Uttarakhand Tourism in association with the Paragliding Mantra. It features top acro pilots from around the globe who demonstrate their daring manoeuvres including wingovers, spirals, and helico tricks before judges.

This festival also fosters community among paragliding enthusiasts by allowing participants to connect with guest pilots worldwide—sharing experiences and learning about equipment in this exhilarating sport.
